SECURITY AND RESPONSIBLE DISCLOSURE

Academikx uses administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect accounts, personal information, payments, support, files, and service workflows. No online service can promise perfect security, and safeguards are reviewed as systems, risks, and services change.

1. OUR SECURITY APPROACH

  • Access to client and tutor information is limited to authorised personnel and providers according to role and operational need.
  • Security, account, payment, and access events may be logged and reviewed for fraud prevention, troubleshooting, incident response, and legal compliance.
  • Service providers handling information are selected and managed according to the service they provide, the information involved, and applicable obligations.
  • Information is retained, restricted, deleted, or anonymised according to operational need, security considerations, and applicable law.

This public page does not disclose confidential architecture, keys, provider configurations, internal procedures, or controls that could weaken security.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

Use accurate account information, protect your device and credentials, complete required authentication promptly, and use only approved channels. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed for a quote, order, payment, support request, or security report. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access, a lost device, exposed credentials, an incorrect recipient, or another security incident.

3. HOW INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED

Academikx does not sell personal information or share it for unrelated advertising. Security-related information may be disclosed only to authorised personnel, relevant service providers, payment, tax, fraud, or security providers, and competent authorities where lawful or required. 4. REPORTING A VULNERABILITY

Use the contact block below to report a suspected vulnerability. Include the affected page or feature, clear reproduction steps, the date and time observed, expected and actual behaviour, and non-sensitive supporting material. Do not include another person's private information unless strictly necessary to explain the issue.

5. RESPONSIBLE DISCLOSURE RULES

A report does not grant permission to test systems or access data. Unless Academikx gives prior written authorisation, you must not:

  • access, copy, alter, delete, download, retain, or disclose another person's information;
  • use stolen credentials, credential attacks, social engineering, malware, denial of service, or destructive testing;
  • bypass payment, authentication, rate, access, or security controls;
  • test third-party systems, providers, or accounts;
  • create persistence, disrupt service, demand payment, or publicly disclose an issue before Academikx has had a reasonable opportunity to assess it; or
  • break applicable law or third-party rights.

We may acknowledge a report, request details, investigate, remediate, or close it based on risk and available information. We do not promise a bounty, payment, response deadline, safe harbour, or particular outcome unless agreed in writing.

6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Academikx does not offer services in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Austria, England, or Wales. Security reporting remains available for the Academikx website even where paid services are unavailable.
