Service Availability and Restricted Jurisdictions Policy

1. Purpose

Academikx provides academic support, tutoring, writing, research, technical work, and full or partial online class management in markets where we accept the order. Availability depends on the client, learner, institution, course, account, intended use, payment route and law that applies.

Access to academikx.com does not mean that every Service is available in every location.

2. Current Restricted Jurisdictions

Academikx does not offer, advertise for order, accept, arrange or provide Services in, from, to, or for use in:

• Australia;
• New Zealand;
• Ireland;
• Austria;
• England; and
• Wales.

This is the current restricted list. No country or territory is added or removed by implication.

3. When a Connection Exists

An order is treated as connected to a restricted jurisdiction where one or more material parts of the transaction involve that jurisdiction, including where:

• the client or learner lives, studies, works or is temporarily located there;
• the institution, course provider, examination body or qualification is based or administered there;
• the course account, class, assignment, examination or other work is intended for use there;
• the payer or person benefiting from the order is ordering from there; or
• another fact makes the jurisdiction's law materially applicable to the order.

A short visit, VPN, proxy, payment address or account setting does not by itself decide the legal connection. Academikx may consider the full circumstances.

4. Client Disclosure

You must give accurate location, institution, course and intended-use information. Do not place an order through another person, use a false address, or conceal a restricted connection.

Where reasonably needed, Academikx may ask for additional information to determine whether the Service is available. We will collect only information proportionate to that purpose and handle it under the Privacy Notice.

5. What Happens to a Restricted Request

Academikx may decline a quote, refuse payment, cancel an order, stop work, restrict an account or request information where a restricted connection is identified.

If payment has already been accepted, the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies. Academikx will calculate the amount for the unperformed portion, account for properly performed work and unavoidable commitments where legally permitted, and preserve required payment, tax, dispute and compliance records.

6. Other Legally Unavailable Services

The formal jurisdiction list above does not require Academikx to accept every order elsewhere. We may decline a particular request where the service is prohibited or materially restricted by the law that applies to that client, institution, course, account or intended use; where sanctions or payment restrictions apply; or where we cannot reasonably establish that the service may be provided.

A case-specific refusal does not automatically add a country to the published restricted list. A permanent list change requires an approved policy update.

7. United States Orders

Academikx may accept United States customers, subject to the law of the relevant state, the accepted order and this Policy. Availability in one state does not establish availability for every service in every state.

Where a state has a specific restriction that applies to the requested service, Academikx may refuse or limit that order even though the United States is not on the formal restricted list.

8. No Reliance on Website Access

Search results, advertisements, social pages, quote forms, automated messages and website access do not override this Policy. An order is not accepted until Academikx confirms it under the applicable order process.

9. Policy Changes

We may update service availability when laws, enforcement, sanctions, payment arrangements or business decisions change. A change will be shown by the updated date. Existing paid orders will be handled under the accepted terms and mandatory law, subject to any immediate legal requirement.
